COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

      Dave Belton and his ravishing wife have been very involved in Morgan County Schools over the last eight years. Here’s a list of some of their volunteer work: 
• President of the Middle School Band Boosters for Five Years
• Secretary of the Elementary School PTO for Two Years
• Budget Directors for the Elementary School PTO
• Hosted four annual “Rock-A-Thon’s” for the Middle School
• Spent Hundreds of Hours with the Elementary School Chorus
• Chaperoned the Elementary School Chorus to Savannah, GA
• Wrote the Proposal that won Morgan County Elementary School the “Best PTO in the Nation 2002.”
• Taught history, science, math, drama, and art classes at the Elementary and Middle Schools. Teaches Sunday School to teenagers at his local church.
• Played major roles in four different plays at the High School.
• Coordinated a Valentine’s Dance at the Middle School
• Room Parent at the Elementary School
 

Dave is also the former Secretary of the Men’s Club at St. James Catholic Church and the former President of Morgan Estates Homeowners Association.
